HAMPSTEAD – Hampstead Central School Principal Dillard Collins brought the School Board a proposal to increase full-day kindergarten, and the Board unanimously approved the move. The proposal would offer three full-day classes and two half-day sessions. This year, kindergarten is offered in two full-day classes and three half-day sessions.
